Terms of Employment: Salaried, 12 months

  • High school graduate or equivalent with some advanced training or education in administrative functions.
  • Three years related work experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both formal and informal communications.
  • Professional demeanor and advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and also as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Office suite.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to assigned team members,
  • Performs general clerical tasks including correspondence, filing, copying, document distributions, record keeping, and proofreading.
  • Answers phone calls with other office personnel.
  • Receives all visitors to the office.
  • Utilizes ProCare software to enhance office efficiency.
  • Assists with the enrollment process.
  • Assists with tracking of subsidy payments.
  • Maintains and update files, records, and other documents in electronic and/or paper format.

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.
  • Pays attention to detail and has highly organized work habits.
