I truly recommend PCC as a great place to work because we are not just an organization, we are a family! We all work together to grow, nurture, and apply skills and knowledge in ways that enables a safe, fun, learning environment for our children. PCC is very flexible and understanding and I couldn’t be at a better facility. I love it!

I love seeing the positive influence I have on the kids. It makes me happy when the kids mimic my facial expressions, catch phrases, body language, etc.  It reminds me that my actions are important.
